"Property was exceptionally clean modern well equipped. Nice little touches of milk bread spread and bottles of wine for arrival. No issues at all with the property it was lovely. The only issue was with the pub next door, which when we spoke to the host the next day he dealt with straight away. Parking instructions weren’t communicated. Access to property is via the pub car park."

"The property is excellent grate location some real nice touches and attention to detail however the booking in process was shocking if it hadn’t been for this the property would be getting 5* all round "

"Amazing properties. Very cozy, beds are comfortable, very clean and great location. We will come definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family"

"Fabulous little house, bright welcoming and cosy. Appreciated the thoughtful touches such as breakfast items, wine (!) and the Christmas tree. Very easy access into town and for buses and trains. "

"Lovely place great location. We had a great time "

"Very clean and easy experience. Cottage is perfect, warm and cosy. Parking easy also"

"The cottage was gorgeous, in a lovely quiet location and parking at the back. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. The bedding and towels were lovely and soft and smelt nice and the bed was very comfy. It was close to Hornsea and a large Tesco. I would...

"- Cleanliness - Comfort - Hot tub and fire were perfect - Everything in great condition - Facilities"

"Rozanne was a wonderful host and ever so friendly. The house is in a good location, close to everything. The rooms are very big and comfortable."

"The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather."

"Overall great stay Used as base location and exploring whitby Robins hood bay and Scarborough Will stay again Downside bench right outside the main door bit off putting but apart from that great"

"Cosy private apartment with everything you need plus a few extra touches, the flowers on the table made it very homely. We arrived during a snowstorm and were extremely grateful to be given an unexpected early check in Thank-you very much Peter "

"Lovely house in a very quiet street in hunmanby . The house was spotless and warm when we arrived , it is very well equipped and everything there you need . Would definitely recommend and will book to go again ."

"A great location. We stayed in a glamping pod and had a lovely time. Clean and all you need for a few days. Local shop 5 mins drive away to get anything you need"

"has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together."

"Wonderful"

"Well equipped and clean within a short walk of the sea front, and the city centre maybe just a few hanging points for your jackets to hang…"

"Gingerbread cottage was a lovely cottage it had everything you needed. However the bay was rather lacking in things for the children to do. For the size of the place the play park was disappointing. The children loved the swimming pool but apart from that there was nothing for them to do. I found it very tired and in need of some upgrading. It felt more like a retirement village than a holiday park."
