They said they'd give us an upgrade which was only moving us to an identical small room at a higher level (4th to 10th). Breakfast was great though with a large selection of breads, cheeses, meat and hard boiled eggs. "

"Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Clean rooms. Very central and within walking distance to all major attractions. I did the breakfast on my last day. It’s 95 DK and a buffet with great selection. I enjoyed it. The lobby is nice and spacious with plenty of space for seating while waiting to check in/out. I used the AeroGuest App and check in was seamless and I had a digital key and was also able to check out through the app as well. I would definitely stay here again."
