"We recently stayed at The Nook for a few days and, overall, had a pleasant stay, although there are a few areas that could be improved. The apartment is quaint with an unusual but well-designed layout, and it felt spacious throughout. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, with great appliances, a large fridge freezer and a washing machine. "Lovely stay gorgeous little chalet. Is small but great use of space and everything you need is inside.Was clean and tidy however a little tired and could have done with a good dust. But didn't spoil the stay. Also mattress could do with replacing.Loved the history of our chalet and the site is really lovely. Great area easy walk to the beach and into Hayle.Each chalet was unique and plenty of space in between, very friendly.Would definitely return beaches are absolutely incredible."

"Parking is limited and not ideal. Hotel was very clean and rooms a good size. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with long waits for some items on some mornings. Staff were generally helpful but could not explain my check-out bill which contained items with confusing descriptions. i e drinks appearing as "lunch", etc. Hotel was in a good location, near beach and town center. Food was good and well presented."

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind and we ended up being able to park in the hotel parking lot, which was a nice surprise. The room definitely needed to be updated and didn’t match the photos (we had a huge shag carpet in our room over the original rug which was clearly used to cover a big stain but honestly really kind of gross). I wouldn’t say our room was all that clean but the bedding was spotless and the bed itself was comfortable. Location was fantastic, right across from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was standard (coffee was bad). Again, can’t state enough how friendly and helpful the staff were."
