- Single family village house in stone of the country, completely restored, with covered terrace and garden, located at the end of road in cul de sac. Very quiet and rural environment conducive to hiking or mountain biking, starting trails at 200m from the house. Beautiful nature. No public transport, good access road, the house is easily accessible by car. Near Givet, the Greenway, restaurants, shopping center and sports facilities (swimming pool, tennis). Only a few km from the Belgian border.
Be careful to program the GSP on the fastest route and not the shortest so you do not end up on a very steep and winding forest road.
