"I saw this hotel all over social media and was really excited to stay at RESET. We arrive at check in time and was told that we could not go to our room yet, I confirmed and ask if check in time was at 3:00 pm. The front desk agreed and stated no apology at all just that they were fully booked last night. Eventually we got told we could go to our room around 3:45pm. I’m very understanding but the lack of apology or offering us a refreshment as we wait was upsetting.
We check into our room then head over to the pool. There were no towels available for us at the pool. We talked to the front desk again and they stated they had no more towels for us and we had to wait for the towels to dry. That’s fine, but we waited over an hour and no one cared to find us to give us a towel or put any more towels out. At this point we never got pool towels and just left the pool. Additionally, there were dirty cups everywhere at the pool.
One of us needed an iron or steamer for our dress shirt. We walked over to the front desk and asked if they had an iron or steamer. They said only the cleaning staff had it but they were on their break. The lady working the front desk stated she would go get it and come drop it off at our room. She never came. We went back to ask again and a different staff member was helpful and brought it to us.
I never leave reviews but this was one of the worst stays in a while. All the staff was extremely nice except this one specific lady, I wish I got her name."
