"What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended."

The hotel did not reach out ahead of our arrival to help tailor our plans or secure reservations, which is normally expected at this level. I had to initiate contact myself, and after several days of delay, I was told to contact the beach clubs directly. "This is a house that has been converted to a hotel. I did not realize that there are not on-suite bathrooms and you must use the bathroom and shower down the hall which is hard with two small children and sometime there was a wait. There is also no AC and our room was on the side that the sun would bake in the afternoon which made our room hot all night as there was no cross breeze. This made our nights pretty miserable but thankfully we were on there for two nights. The staff was very helpful...
