"I booked a standard ensuite double room but upgraded to the Tudor Suite. I chose this hotel because it is hundreds of years old, which is something we don’t get to experience much in the USA! The hotel obviously has all the charm of such an old place and would be awesome for a romantic getaway (although I was traveling alone on this trip!). There is lots of parking, which is free.

"Always have a nice quiet stay here. Check-in is online and easy, and entrance and room codes are included in your welcome email. You have the proprietor's mobile number should you need to speak to someone.
I would say that cleaning needs to be more meticulous, and maintenance and upkeep of the facilities (roll holders, bathroom shelves etc) has to be more regular..."
