Most of all, Vicky, Pietro and whole staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend Villa Corte Degli Dei."

"Stayed 5 days in May. Beautiful hotel just a short walk from the train station. Views from roof top restaurant and open air bar are among the best in Florence! Breakfast buffet superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Will most certainly stay again when in Florence."
"The location is really very good- 5 min walking from the train station, 5 minutes walking to Santa Maria Novella, Mercato St Lorenzo, 10 minutes to Piazza Duomo."
"This is a nice full service SPA hotel with lots of amenities and at a good value price point. We did not have time to fully utilize what they offered but will not hesitate to stay there again if we visit Montecatini again."
"Lovely big, light rooms in a modern hotel. Yummy, healthy breakfast buffet.
It’s quite out of the way, but the public transport links are good and modestly priced."
"The hotel is gorgeous. You feel like you’re walking into a Tuscan villa, rather than a hotel in the city. Beautiful lobby with a bar. Rooms are very small, but with large bathrooms! Bed was comfortable and a king bed is a true king, not two twins pushed together (IYKYK). Very quiet and the rooms are pitch black all day if you are jet lagged. Staff was wonderful. Would def stay again!"
"Location was excellent to all of the historical monuments and museums. I would highly suggest that you book ahead through each of the museums proper. There's a significant amount of street noise and most of the rooms during the high season so bring earplugs. The staff is wonderful lots of amenities nearby."
"Beautiful cozy hotel in a convenient location. Service was excellent from the front desk, to the dining room, to the room staff. The rooms were decorated cleverly and we had a small private balcony as well. The only caveat to staying here would be to choose a room not facing the open market. The noise from the evening revellers was pretty loud (even with closed windows) and went late into the early morning hours."
"This is an example of an outstanding hotel response:
We had just arrived from an overnight flight to Rome… took the train to Florence and were exhausted. We arrived a little earlier than expected and while we waited for our room, the cafe and courtyard were kind and accommodating.
We had booked a superior balcony room, and unfortunately our previous guests had overstayed their welcome… resulting in a later check-in for us. We were devastated as we needed sleep.
However, luckily Federico & Felipo came to the rescue! They got us an upgraded available room so that we could check in on time and have accommodations that not only met our expectations but exceeded them! It goes along way when a hotel realized a problem, pivots and then goes the extra mile to make things spectacular. Federico - we really appreciate you!!! And thank you to the staff for dealing with our sleep-deprived manner! We slept so well and woke up rejuvenated ready to explore Florence.
The location is great. The hotel is great. We slept like rocks every night. If we ever return or if anyone needs a Florence hotel recommendation, we suggest here! 5/5… 10/10!
We also really enjoyed the cafe / restaurant. I wish I remembered their names, but they were great too."
