"My wife and 3 young (8 and under) children stayed here and we loved it. It was the perfect B&B experience and very child friendly. Mrs Francesca was a sweetheart and prepared amazing cakes and treats for every breakfast. The beautiful property was like an Italian fairy tale and close to many must see sites. "

"Stunning property in a cute hilltop town. Garden with tables and lounge chairs to have breakfast or hang out in the evenings. The rooms have nice details and good quality beds. "

"Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"The location was perfect, easy walk from parking and easy walk to all the sites. The check in is completely online and there are no onsite staff. If you message the staff are responsive. The bedroom was great and cool, although no air on. The shared bathroom was large, but shower could have been better cleaned and maintained. Although the name suggests it is a bed & breakfast, there is no breakfast included, however, there are plenty of cafes just downstairs."

"Nice and clean hotel , the staff very friendly and helpful. But the location is not the best, public transportation is not easy to access, it’s better with a car and most of florence is a ZTL zone"
"Loved this hotel! We had a quad room with a huge fireplace (not active) and a ceiling fresco. Very large room and comfortable. Great breakfast and staff. Assisted us with a reservation at L’Brindellone. Overall probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Easy walking distance to most of the Florence must-see sights. Would def stay again! Only 10 mins from the train station."
"This is our second stay at the Social Hub Florence Belfiore. I can't recommend it enough. The pool on the roof is a game changer when the heat is in the high 30s and it's a 50m pool which is incredible. Plenty of room for everyone who seemed to want to go for a dip or sunbathe. It's such a great space. The beds was comfortable and the room was spacious and it was so nice to have aircon - although there is a limit on how low you can turn this to, which was a shame, particularly when, as a woman, you are hormonal!
The only small negative for us was that our room was changed when we arrived and we were in the building accessed not via the main entrance but by the side entrance. All fine, it was a nice and quiet but we didn't have a coffee maker/espresso pods as we did on our previous stay and as the room type suggests.
There was no price list in the room so we didn't know what was complimentary or not so we didn't have anything."
"I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet sector accessible by public transportation and 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to main attracttions.
It has a terrace with an amazing panoramic view of the city, a bar and a swimming pool.
There are numerous spaces to hang out and work, and a lovely patio with great ambience."
"Clean room and despite not even appearing tired rooms were being refurbished. No noise at all or any form of disruption from this. Lovely continental breakfast with plenty of choice to eat. Quiet with no noise. Great free WiFi and 30 seconds from Duomo, what more could you want?"
"I traveled with my husband and daughter and stayed 4 nights from 7/25-7/29.
I had requested earlier check-in by contacting the hotel directly through Expedia as long hours in the flight and then, train. The hotel staff indicated they didn’t receive my message. They made us wait for 2.5 hours. The lady who was at the reception desk wasn’t really friendly. She also forgot about us after told us to wait. I went to ask her about our room at 2:45pm, she started asking for my name again.
I also didn’t appreciate her talking with her colleague in Italian while attending me.
The hotel was beautiful. Our room was nice though waste of space with a long closet. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly as room would not get cool enough. When asked for a fan, they didn’t provide one as not available. They told me that we can change the room but that would cause major inconvenience. The room doesn’t have an iron. It is provided based on the availability.
The front desk staff on the subsequent days were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the train station and 25-30 mins from Duomo."
"I was only here for a short stay but the staff were excellent, the meal in the restaurant was excellent, and the room was very comfortable with great amenities."
