"Incredible location in the mountains. Breakfast of bread, cheese, meat, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and other simple items included every morning. The property is a cat sanctuary as well, though they all remain outside and are extremely friendly! We woke up to the sounds of bells on goats/cows every morning roaming in the mountains. "The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay."

"Clean rural small town one bedroom in heart of wine country. A little hard to find (go to only cafe in town then 100 yards away). Excellent host ( speaks good English). She knows all the wine tours nearby. Nice getaway after being in Porto. Unbelievably scenery. Very private with garage parking.Highly recommend. "
