"Property very nice. Our room was stuffy. Could not control air conditioner. Staff brought in a fan which helped shower controls difficult to adjust would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Our room was clean. Nice size living space and bathroom. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Fruit and cold water in the lobby were appreciated. About a 15-minute walk over the Lambeth Bridge to many sites and about a 15-minute walk to Vauxhall Station. Very close to a Tesco Express Supermarket. We enjoyed our stay and, if we return to London, would definitely stay there again."

"The Ruby Lucy was a good find, a little bit further to walk to some places than we’d initially imagined but nice area especially if you stick to the main roads. Hotel team were great, very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Disappointed the window was totally opaque and inopenable and also one side of bed up against the wall when the room was big enough for it not to be. Shower was nice although public as only behind glass and in the room. Otherwise nice stay."
