"room was horrible. bathroom had no hot water, was room temp at best. the vinyl flooring was dirty and coming apart, the bedding had stains all over and cigarette burns in them in a non smoking room, when i sat up on the bed and leaned against the wall the headboard came crashing down. experience was so bad we left that night and got a new hotel. went back to tell them everything in the morning and was refunded a refund for the horrible experience. "
