"I was disappointed choosing a hotel where I could not leave because of no internet connection, could not communicate and could not work at all ; had to go outside, sleeping in my fiend house to do the basic; nowadays how can you live without internet and I have vacated and remitted my room before the end of my stay and I am not supposed to be charged the 4th night because I vacated my room on 10/25/24 at 8:30am and I left the breakfast ticket and the key with the house. "Air conditioner didn't work. Told staff at 3pm. Went out sight seeing came back at 10pm only to find the room hot and AC not working
Was told by staff no workers were at hotel at night time. When we asked why it was not addressed at 3pm they had no answer.
Had to change room at midnight.
Poor management."
