Fort Lewis Extended Stay Motel - JBLM
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here specifically to visit our family stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the location was absolutely perfect. It made getting on and off base incredibly convenient, saving us a ton of driving time each day. The rooms are basic but they were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and understood the unique needs of families. If you are looking for a straightforward, affordable, and highly convenient place to stay while catching up with your service member, this is a fantastic option. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
Hotel Murano
8/10 Good
"THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, CLEAN AND THE VIEW WAS AMAZING. HOWEVER, I DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO PAY ($30) FOR PARKING AFTER PAYING OVER $300 FOR A ROOM, WHY WOULD THAT NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM? THE CONCERGIE ROOM ON 25TH FLOOR ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF FIG BARS AND GRANOLA BAR; HOW OFTEN IS THIS ROOM REPLENISHED? THE ICE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK, SO HAD TPO GO DOWN TO NEXT FLOOR TO GET ICE. TRIED TO CALL THE FRONT DESK, I FINALLY HUNG UP AFTER 10 RINGS WITH NO ANSWER, SAME THING WITH THE FOOD BUTTON ON PHONE. TRIED TO GET ROOM SERVICE, WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT PROVIDE IT EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT. THE ELEVATOR MAKES CLICKING NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG."
