"The rental home was very clean. You don’t have to bring anything with you. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, pots pans, and anything you would ever need. It is also close proximity to grocery stores and very walkable to beach access. We’re so happy we found this beautiful getaway. Our pup loves the private backyard."

Don't let the word bungalow fool you, it's perfect in size, pretty open in the main area and so close to the beach. All the amenities you need for a getaway. "What an amazing location on Priscilla Beach!! We were visiting unfortunately for a funeral but walking our dog on Priscilla Beach was a game changer for all of us. The views to Race Point and Provincetown Monument are incredible. It’s a perfect 5k run to the end of White Horse beach and back - this house is a hidden gem! Thanks Colleen!"

"When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...

"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show!
