"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "The hotel was beautiful but neither Hotels.com or the hotel bothered to give advanced notice of construction going on. Very hard to understand why they would put any one directly under construction. So yeah the hotel was nice, but a really crappy experience waking up to literally jack hammering!"

"The room was excellent and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the gym was fairly well equipped. The location was a little out from the centre but good for the Châtelain market and closer to the lovely park. Staff could perhaps be more engaging / helpful for this level of property. I very much enjoyed Brussels"
