·Pet Policy: Dogs allowed with prior approval, $50/night per dog, dogs must be leashed at all times and all doo-doo must be picked up. Absolutely no cats due to family allergies
·Security Deposit: $500 hold placed 1 day before arrival and released after checkout if no damage/rule violations
·No refunds for circumstances outside our control
·WiFi: Fast for the area but rural WiFi may experience occasional spottiness
·Strict occupancy + guest rules — no unauthorized guests, no exceptions
·We strive for accuracy but minor changes may occur
·Nature happens! Despite regular pest control + cleaning, you may encounter seasonal insects or critters (fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, etc.)
·Cancellation Policy: 97% refund if cancelled 60+ days before arrival | No refund within 60 days
