"The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be."

"Breakfast was great every day. Some days it was few choices but still good. Hallways need to be vacuumed, kids need to be quiet during the proper hours. Property gives plenty of towels for use in pool and waterpark, attached gym was great and the staff was always a joy to help us! Overall, I would say it was a great trip just some minor things and it would be a 10/10 experience."
