"The room was very clean. It's close to the hot spring. My baby brother had his birthday there. There was two beds. There was a lot of light I got more peaceful sleep than at home. The pool was nice. The soap smell smells nice the view is. Okay the air conditioning was really refreshing and the fridge was refreshing"

"I will have to say that this was the worst experience. Our room was dirty. I ordered a chacuter. Your board and decorations didn't happen. Somebody else has got it, are key, didn't stay active. We had to keep going down to the front desk to re get it to enter our room period the elevator was broken and I hurt my knee, so I had to take the stairs which was not ideal. It was a nice day and there was absolutely no chairs to sit at the pool and the restaurant food was absolutely disgusting. And we own only we didn't get any form of discount.So needless to say, i'm not sure if I would ever come back"

"Rooms need updating badly. Very outdated. Carpets in room were stained. Pool also needs crack repairs and painting. We’ve been coming here for many years and have not noticed any improvements or updates. The front desk staff were very professional."
