"A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But...

"We booked Room C and we stayed at Room B, not sure about the difference but the sauna didn't work which was disappointed. We notified the owner and we didn't get any compensation. "

"This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu."

"枕など汚れが目立つ事があった。 トイレットペーパーを支える器具が外れかかっていて壊れていた。すぐにフロントへ報告し対応は素早かったが、もう少し細かい点検はした方がいいと思います。"

"清潔な部屋でした。 ベッドが後付けなので、足をよくぶつけていました。マラソンに参加したので、濡れた服を乾かせるハンガーが掛けられる場所があれば良かったです。 コンセントの位置が見つからなくて、最悪ドレッサーのところで充電していましたが、テレビの横のコンセントを見つけた時は失笑でした。 同じ色だったので目が悪い人は見つけにくいです。 朝食は料金から見るととても満足です。ご飯などセルフだから量も調節できます。 ありがとうございました。"

"We loved our stay here, the sauna was such a treat. The container rooms felt very private and we had plenty of space for us! The beds were incredibly comfy. It was great to be able to make use of the cooking facilities in central house and the staff were always friendly and helpful. "
