"Hotel check in was easy and the young lady was very nice. We originally booked a garden king room however it didn’t have a garden view at all. Instead, it was street facing towards Main St with the train noise so we decided to upgrade to a Tower Luxury Room which was really nice! It was clean, spacious and comfortable although the bed was a bit firm for me, it was still comfortable enough. The views of downtown SLC in our corner room were amazing! Tgere is a wet bar, 2 large refrigerator drawers, In-room safe, nice size closet/wardrobe. Separated vanity room from the bathroom and shower with another sink area with sink was nice. The indoor/outdoor pool on the second floor was nice. The water was warm due to heat outside. There is another pool outdoors in the garden area. We ate at The Coffee Shop which was good and reasonably priced. They have a nice outdoor seating area that was closed when we arrived at 9pm so we took a window seat which was nice. We will definitely stay here again when lodging in SLC! Highly recommend tower rooms over garden rooms. :)"

"Best stay I have had in many, many years. Room was spotless and beautiful. Breakfast was a true breakfast; eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal. All the hot food was hot, not overly warmed. The central location was great for someone that is not local. Staff was very helpful and informative. This stay was very last minute, I was far from disappointed."

"We stay here all the time we love it, but we always say the same thing. They need to keep poolside service going as long as the pool is open instead of ending at 6:00. Also they would benefit from offering 24 hr room service. If they really want to splurge, add a hot tub next to pool! It’s was 92 when we stayed and the pool was still freezing"
