"The facility and room were very clean. Breakfast was good! We enjoyed the stay."

"The overall cleanliness of the property is really bad. This property should have not been listed here. The walls, floors and doors are dirty, the tab is so nasty we were afraid to use it, we ended up not taking a shower there at all. I wish we have time to find another hotel that late. We decided to just sleep there one night and checked out really early. The staff were nice making sure there was a security in that shady area. The staff has to lock the front door of the reception area until the police came due to a questionable character walking around the premises. Some people are just larking around the premises. A couple of people occupying the other rooms are scary making inappropriate comments to my wife. This hotel should be inspected by the city of Phoenix because its condition do not reflect the good environment of the city and not appropriate for a paying customer."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was the second time we had stayed there. That being said, the TV controls and dish network adapter had an abysmal user interface, completely unusable, with no instructions whatsoever on how to use the stupid thing. While the hotel itself was pretty nice I would have serious second thoughts about returning because of this problem."

"The room was very small and poorly laid out. There were two TV's next to each other. My room was a king bed + sofa bed and it was a tiny room. I'm not a big guy but the bathroom was so small, there was barely room to get in/out of the show. The whole hotel was smaller than the pictures. Way over priced for the quality of the room."

"I like staying at this location, it’s convenient to places I need to go. But, the tub needs a little Clorox or bleach, looks dirty. Thx"
