• Fishing is permitted from the community dock; swimming from the docks is not permitted.

• Boat and utility trailers are not permitted within the community.
• This condo is located on the 4th floor and is approximately 1½ flights above the parking level. There is no elevator.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Responsible and respectful gatherings are welcome.
• This property is easily accessible by paved roads; however, during winter months, roads and walkways may become icy. Please use caution when navigating the property.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
