"The room was nice and clean. The property looked like it needed to be cleaned better. There were lots of stains on the rugs. I have to say the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen! The staff at the reception desk was great. It would have been nice to have a person working in the breakfast buffet area, who could be available to tell us where to go. We got a little lost there for a little bit ."

"Place was so clean and really impressive. The staff was super helpful with our travel questions for the area. Breakfast here was OUTSTANDING! The rooftop bar closed at 9(or 8?) each night we were there and we didn't return to our room till after it closed. We were disappointed it closed so early for a bar and would have liked to try that in our evenings there. We absolutely loved this hotel and would return any time we go back. One big thing that needs to be addressed though. The shower in our room was in the bathtub. The bathtub sits high up so you have to step up a lot further than a normal tub to enter and it was super slippery. I tried to reach for my towel the first time and nearly fell. So I started having to use the side grab bar and told my cousin. She agreed that was really a hazard to have it raised and very slippery. That should be redone or improved in some way. But great stay overall! Very close to many shops and restaurants and a short trip from the train station. Also close was the Arlanda Express that was an amazing way to get to the airport."

"The staff Agnus and Anna were very helpful. They both came to help with the technical issue we had with the TV. Anna sorted it out for us. The TV should have TV channels, it only had the casting facilities. Air conditioning did not work at all, we were told that it is a cooling system, not ac, but was advertised as ac. We booked this because it was advertised as having ac in there. Apart from that everything was good, everything was near by to see."
