Come and experience "Altitude Adjustment" with five bedrooms and four bathrooms with large gathering and entertainment areas. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance (.7 mile) to the resort amenities.

Altitude Adjustment has beautiful views of the 7th Fairway of Bald Mountain Course, the "golden pond", and offers many spacious inside and outside entertaining areas. From the front entrance, walk into the open concept, main floor with floor to ceiling windows that bring in much natural light and provide great private views. Three oversized sliding glass doors offer entrances from the living, dining, and sunroom onto the spacious, wrap-around deck.

On the left wing of the main floor is a spacious sunroom with floor to ceiling windows providing a 180 degree view of the golf course. In the fall and winter months, you can catch a glimpse of the maintains through the trees. You and your family can relax and watch the large flat screen TV or enjoy the view of nature. Step outside onto the side porch and find the bench type seating which offers additional gathering space or a quiet place to relax. The main patio features a table, umbrella, six chairs, and a gas grill. At the far right end of the deck and just outside the Master bedroom, enjoy making s'mores and memories around the fire pit which has additional seating for four people.

The fully updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops open up to the sunroom and dining room with great views of the main floor and the golf course. The dining room features a large farmhouse dining room table with a bench and chairs with seating for 8.

To the right of the front door is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Beyond that is the common area main floor bathroom that features a jetted tub with shower. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The spacious Master bedroom has a king size bed, "his and hers" closets, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom, PLUS gorgeous floor to ceiling windows & oversized slider doors that allow the beauty of your surroundings inside. Step outside onto the patio where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine around the seating area with fire pit. An added bonus from the Master bedroom and deck is the soothing sound of rushing water over the centuries old rocks and boulders of the Trout Stream across the street. Just open your window and let the calming sound of the water lull you to sleep.

The lower level contains an additional master suite with ensuite, queen bedroom, bunk-room, kitchenette, and an additional living/great room area.
