"1st, we were sent old instructions on entry. It took awhile standing outside before we were able to get in. The dead cochroach (we named him Leonard) and trash in the bathroom garbage was par for condition of the unit. The bed wasn't even comfortable for two. The couch futon was only appropriate for maybe one child. Give AI credit the picture shown was of the inside but juiced up 10 times nicer than it actually was. "Great pre-stay communication with owner regarding kitchen amenities (the units have a stovetop but no oven). Please to find most basic kitchenware included (pot, pan, can opener, knives, salt/pepper, strainer). Quiet location, centrally located in Palmdale. The pool looks nice, even though we didn’t use it. They *may* be serving continental breakfasts again, though I’m not sure whether that was a Christmas morning exception. Thanks!!"

"We were able to find place easy enough and was a last minute booking. The property was something used to basically sleep in. As we were there to work and not much time spent in house. Upon checking in tho, and trying to follow the instructions that were sent to us, it was a little annoying to find things being stated that didn’t need to be done or were not important. "
