"Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. "

"The property is beautifully appointed and most importantly it is very welcoming—André clearly wants guests to feel at home. The place has a quiet, friendly vibe where people go to relax and read and chat and enjoy the beach and the Pines & Cherry Grove Village. The pool is the perfect place to read or chat. André does a great job at anticipating guests’ needs—from universal charging cords to ear plugs and lens wipes—he has thought of it all."

"I can't believe this property is legally habitable and allowed to book guests. The facility is falling apart. There is trash and random materials everywhere across the property. There are broken windows, broken fences, destroyed carpets, cracked walls, etc. The property is generally unmaintained. It honestly looks like an abandoned hotel. We immediately left and booked another hotel."
