Icemaker or vebding machine didn't work on our floor either. It was very disappointing after paying to stay there.i will never stay at another bestcwestern there was nothing best about it."

"While the room was clean, it was an issue to get towels. I had to take dirty towels down to the desk and then hear about how the hotel doesn’t have any, and that the guests are using too many from the staff. It was a complaint every time I asked for towels by the staff. The breakfast should not be labeled as continental. It was barely that with an oatmeal packet and a super dry mini muffin. If you’re looking for breakfast,you will be better off at another hotel or go to the gas station."
