Bedroom (queen bed) and full bath on 1st floor, no stairs required.
There is a front porch with swing, a rear deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Ample off-street parking via 2 driveways and a 2-car garage (fits 6 cars total). We enjoyed the home and all the amenities. We would definitely recommend your beautiful home to others and it was just as advertised! We were able to walk to the lake and downtown easily but also enjoyed the privacy at the house. Each family had a bedroom and the younger ones had bunkbeds which thrilled them. Plenty of refrigerators and sitting areas for conversation. We even had a geography lesson on the garage wall map.

Amazing spot to rent for a big group! Felt even bigger than the pictures. Everyone was really comfortable and felt like you had a ton of space. All the beds were comfy and many rooms had blackout shades which was nice. And only a 10 minute walk to downtown! Would definitely rent again!

House offered a lot of space to hang out, play cards, etc. was in great shape and only .5 miles to the spots we like in town so easily walkable or a dollar ride share. Appreciated the quick response time when communicating.
