We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

very clean, quiet, and courteous.

No air condition after 11pm makes the night sleep uncomfortable. Hotel shutdown air condition system as it is noisy for the neighborhood!! Tiny shower space.

This hotel is conveniently located when traveling by car. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

This is one of the best stays I have EVER HAD! I travel often and always, but the stay at this location was EXCEPTIONAL! High-tech and leaps bounds above other hotels!

Ok, there is a lot to talk about this hotel. I stayed there in April, 2015 for 4 nights 1 - it is perfectly located, 5 minutes walking to reach the lake and 5 minutes walking at the opposite direction to find the main train station. 2 - Friendly staff, as soon as I checked in, they gave me maps for the city and showed me where are the main attractions located and how to reach. I love this hotel, it’s well located, efficient and the lobby/cafe is perfect for a coffee or glass of wine. My only issue is that I often come back late from dinner and the entrance is in essentially an alley. I know Geneva is generally safe but I have to go into city mode preparing to run or defend myself as I take the last steps to the front entrance.
