"Awesome breakfast and staff were great. The bathrooms are small and difficult to manage your bath belongings. Great location"

"Hotel tres agréable en bord du lac. Chambre confortable et personnel très accueillant. Il serait juste utile de bien faire apparaitre sur le site web que le parking de l'hôtel est payant et à l'extérieur du centre-ville."

"Wow really nice hotel with super great location ."

"We stayed here from 23/10 to 26/10 this year, a long weekend. Always apprehensive when travelling abroad but we were pleasantly surprised"

"Beautiful property! Excellent dinner…. One of the best meals we have had in Italy. Wonderful service. Easy parking. And fabulous amenities. Will definitely return."

"The thermal spa was amazing! The location was perfect to walk out the door to the entrance of the castle and charming village."

"Nicest staff at check in and breakfast. Peaceful balcony overlooking the lake. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and old town."

"The hotel has good facilities, including a swimming pool and spa, although we haven’t had a chance to use the pool due to the weather. The hotel is fairly well located, close to the lake and about a 15-minute walk from the main plaza, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and ferry services. Our room was very spacious, with a large balcony, a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff were super friendly, location and view was great."

"Great position just out of the village but only a 5 minute walk. Helpful friendly staff, great views over the lake and excellent food."

"Wir hatten super schöne Tage im Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, angenehme Atmosphäre mit entspannten Gästen, tolles Zimmer mit Seeblick. Wir kommen gerne und jederzeit wieder. Wer hier bucht begeht definitiv keinen Fehler!"

"Fantastically situated hotel in the heart of the old town. Views over the lake are wonderful. Staff are kind and welcoming, we were looked after extremely well. We loved our breakfast each morning which was always freshly prepared. Morning pastries were a particular treat. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a lovely, private view over the lake. Would definitely stay again. Thank you."
