"Newly renovated motel very chic little one bedroom units. Very close to Lake Cowichan commercial area. We were a cycling group and we all enjoyed our stay here very much. Only reason did not rate the staff is this is a self check in property with no staff. "

"Excellent two night stay on our bicycle tour. Staff were excellent. Rooms were fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay here again. Only comment I have is for all hotels....cycling touring is growing with the e-bike community. Secure bike storage should be available at all hotels. This hotel was very accommodating allowing us to take our bikes to our rooms but this was somewhat inconvenient for us as well as other guests using the elevator. "

"Staff helpful. Coffee, ice water and apples always available. Tv remote easy to operate, coffee, microwave and fridge in room. Continental breakfast had watermelon slices! Price relatively ok. King size Bed uncomfortable (middle sunken). Toilet a bit wonky, no Plug in for charging on one side of the bed, no blow dryer."
