"Very nice resort. Very friendly check-in. Room was clean and large, Was disappointed in sports bar as I ordered food shortly before closing time. The staff then started to clean up, and 40 minutes after I ordered, I asked, it really takes 40 minutes to make a burger? She went back and brought it to me after sitting under the heat lamp for 25 minutes. Guess she forgot me. Sory I tipped well before I received my food. Also, the sports bar is smoking, so plan to stink and cough after being in there. For drinks, disappointing we have to pay for them while gambling. A nice variety of restaurants."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great with a supermarket close by if needed. We were lucky enough to have a high floor overlooking the Mississippi river and the bridge. We did not experience any noise from Beale Street and took the opportunity to visit the rooftop bar which had fantastic views. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for having us."

"Good location and it has its own parking although you do need to pay extra for that. Staff were helpful and polite. Standard complimentary breakfast available. They have a rooftop pool which was good."

"The hotel is formerly a Sheraton. Its going through a renovation and during my stay everything was very good. Its got a few things that need to be worked out, but I would definitely stay again."
