"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. "Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"This was right in the town and perfect for walking. There is a bar outside the apartment that can get quite loud but only until Midnight so don't worry, the location makes up for that. Make sure you get clear instructions on the front na apartment door locks because it was tricky- especially after a few Spritz's The view is much better than the photos show and it is very spacious. Highly recommend!"

"It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"

"Maybe not the best area but Incredibly handy for the train and bus station, the property strict about check in at 3pm. We were on the 7th floor the views of the old city from the balcony were great. Balcony got the sun all day, property very well equipped everything looked brand new and modern. Complimentary water and coffee machine much appreciated. "We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive."

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"Overall, our stay at the hotel was okay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we had some minor issues. We expected more from a four-star hotel, perhaps because we’re not familiar with Italian hotel practices. For example, they only provided body wash, so we had to buy our own shampoo. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, making it difficult to sleep if you prefer a chilly room. Still water is only available on the ground floor. While they made our beds every day, they didn’t change the bed linens, which wasn’t a problem for us since we usually take a bath before bed. However, if you prefer daily bed linens, this might be an issue."
