"I was turned away at the front desk. Hotel was overbooked and I was told they didn’t understand why Expedia would even allow the booking to a hotel with no rooms available. It was not a great situation."

"Cute little cabins only about 30 minutes away from downtown Gainesville. And about 15 minutes from Ginnie springs. I noticed that some of the cabins have a shade over the outside area and a hammock. I would have loved that. Didn't realize those were options. Our cabin did not have that.. other than that, this day was very nice."

"Our experience during our third night at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was incredibly disrespectful from the moment we arrived. Because our reservation was not immediately appearing in her system, she treated us as if we were lying instead of trying to help resolve the issue professionally. She charged my card without my consent, and the rate was about $30 higher than what was listed online. When I pointed it out, she initially insisted she couldn’t issue a...

"Everyone was really accommodating. The place was really clean. The breakfast was five tier every morning. It was just an all-around good stay!! Definitely will come back again when visiting family"
