"Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left."

"The general manager (Candice) … is the only reason this place is in the condition that it is in! She is worst…. She is not knowledgeable about ANYTHING. She is not management material AT ALL! If you have to stay here, take my advice and make sure you deal with ANYONE else besides her."
