"Room was comfortable. Hotel needs to invest in pillows. I am glad they were able to accommodate the extra person we brought. Breakfast is really good. Location is in the middle of the city key points. Too bad: croackroaches infestation on our last day/night. Our party of 5 had to be moved to new rooms. This left a bad impression."

"Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. "The room was a little worn and the shower had mildew. The staff was nice but the card had to be reactivated daily in order to get back into our room at night. We stayed for 4 nights so it was inconvenient. The elevator also broke several times during our stay and we were on the 14th floor. There are nice cafeterias nearby and was close to family we were visiting."
