"stayed for a "long weekend", 8 nights. On my 5th night, found a few silver fish in the room. I talked with Cuolum (?) not sure if I am spelling her name correctly as I lost it in my travels. She is a very nice African receptionist. She left a note for the day manager who moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel. Most of the front desk people all seem too busy but she made me feel at home, very pleasant. Great location as it's close to the Laim S Bahn station. Not a whole lot...

"The rooms are excellent. They are beautifully designed! Would have liked to stay one more day just to enjoy the room! They have all the needed amenities, including a steam iron, all stored meticulously. Sound proofed. Very tastefully designed, luxurious room. Great value for money. There is a tram running outside."
