"Great access to the cliffs and Doolin by car. Plenty of parking. Nice large room with comfortable beds and looks newly done. Big bathroom shower. Sea view available from our room and enjoyed the cows as well. Martin was very helpful and kind, ready to answer any questions or needs we had. Room has hot water kettle for coffee or tea. In the main area of house, there is a refrigerator available if you need it."

"We had a fabulous stay at hotel Doolin! The staff is very friendly and helpful and our suite was lovely and very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at Fritz’s Pub and the food was delicious and the live music a treat! The complimentary breakfast is wonderful and the parking free and easy is a plus! My husband & I would definitely stay again!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, specifically the incredible staff. I experienced a very unexpected medical emergency while staying at Temple Gate and the absolutely incredible Judy helped me find my way to the nearest clinic. When I was ultimately hospitalized some ways away from Ennis, the staff at Temple Gate packed up my belongings and kept them safe until I needed to transfer them to the hospital, then they helped coordinate transport. As someone on holiday, alone, in a country I had never been to before, the kindness I received from Judy and the Temple Gate staff is indescribable. I should also point out that the breakfast was delicious and the beds were extremely comfortable too! Thank you again, Temple Gate, for everything!"

"Fall in love with this view of moody rolling hills on one side and sun dappled sea on the other. Especially good from the bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor. Add some very sociable cows. The house is wonderfully appointed;plenty of dishes and cookware and a well running stove, dishwasher, washer etc. Will you ever want to leave the site though."
