"This booking was perfect. I was traveling with my daughter, and I wanted a location where we could easily access the beach. This location went above and beyond. We were steps from the beach, the view from the lanai is unbelievable, and we were close to all excursions and activities. We spent about 50% of our days out and about on excursions, and 50% of the time at the property on the beach relaxing. I also loved that the room had enough accessories for us to make a few basic meals. I had no intention of cooking, but to keep costs down and to allow us days were we didn’t have to leave the resort, we got a few items like frozen pancakes, sandwiches, and lots of different beverages. It was a full-size fridge so everything was able to be easily accommodated. I also have to commend the property owner, because we visited Maui less than three days after they experienced record rainfall and flooding. She answered all of my questions as we went along, very promptly and in detail. The property was pristine, in spite of the major storms they had experienced days earlier. I was really impressed. This vacation was absolutely the best, this location was absolutely the best, and I will definitely book this property again. We are hoping to make this an annual trip! "

"Property was clean and had an incredible view of the ocean waves from the living room and master bedroom. Hearing the waves crash at night sounded like the wind blowing to us midwesterner's. Kitchen and laundry were up to date and worked great! Our two sons shared the third floor bedroom with two single beds and had their own AC unit which kept their space cool. The second floor had a queen bed for our daughter and our master bedroom, however, we could never get that floor cool enough, though the main floor living room/kitchen was always comfortable. Loved the view, however, not very private, with lots of neighbors walking the grass between our patio door and the shrubs that lined the ocean. Beach isn't going to be great for little ones, though it is accessible just a few feet away. The ocean really is RIGHT THERE like the pictures show! Thank you!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as described and pictured. We loved the feeling of calm with the decor. Check in was as simple as could be and the front desk staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. All the people we interacted with at Lahaina Shores were all super friendly. Glad to have a beach to walk just steps from the property. (although it is only about a 1 mile walkable area from end to end) Because we were there to experience the Kona Storm, we were so very grateful we chose here to stay. The location was hit hard with the rain and wind, but not nearly as affected as many other locations. Note there is not really any restaurants or stores within reasonable walking distance. A simple 5-minute drive got us to store and a few restaurants. 20 minutes to Kaanapali for many more options. We did know this about the location prior to booking and the stay here was worth the drive for dining and shopping. We did venture to all parts of the island - when it was drivable throughout the storm and the drive was simple to get to all locations. The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable for us. Response via text was provided very quickly to answer our questions."

"We had a great stay in this comfortable space with a great view. Everything needed was provided and the pool and hot tub were great to have on site.The beach was great to walk on, and was very quiet. We were able to watch the whales, turtles and seals every day.Although the weather did not cooperate for our entire stay, we enjoyed our time here and would stay again!"
