This beautiful traditional 4 bedroom villa is located in the urbanization "Colinas Verdes"; the Green Hills and describes perfectly its location.
The villa is located just 9,2 km (5,75 miles) from the touristic coastal town of Lagos. This comfortable villa has a private kidney shaped 10m pool, hot tub, gym, massage room, pool safety fence and 2,000 sqm Mediterranean style garden. The villa has something for everyone to enjoy a perfect and peaceful holiday.

POOL & GARDEN
A 10m kidney shaped private pool surrounded by a 2000 sqm Mediterranean garden. Our pool area features an Alvifence in-ground portable pool fence for enhanced safety, making it ideal for families with children. There are six sun-lounger plus covers by the pool. The pool and garden lights automatically switch on and off.

HOUSE RULES
We do not permit parties or events. A party is defined as any of the following activities, individually or in combination: loud music or use of sound systems, shouting, excessive noise, or heavy alcohol consumption. We also have a no smoking policy inside the house.
A noise reduction is required after 22:00 (quiet hours). We do not allow pets.

SAFETY
Colinas Verdes is a very safe neighbourhood. The villa is gated & fenced. There is also a safe in the house. The villa is also equipped with multiple fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, First aid kit etc.

Own water source 80m deep plus mains back up, septic tank, fruit trees, edible plants, chickens etc.

AIR CONDITIONING & FANS (Cooling & Heating)
All the bedrooms, the dining & living room are equipped and can provide both heating & cooling as preferred.

GREEN ENERGY CONTRACT
This means most days the electricity consumed will be generated from a sustainable/renewable source like solar, wind, hydro etc. On the rare occasion when the consumption outpaces the production, the electricity company will do 100% CO2 offsetting via environmentally friendly project such as reforestation etc.

Inside the villa on the dining table you can find our guestbook. It has a house manual section, recommendations for restaurants, beaches, sightseeing, etc.

GARDEN & POOL MAINTENANCE
Every Tuesday morning, we take care of the garden. Every Friday a pool cleaning company takes care of the pool to create a serene and refreshing ambiance for you to enjoy throughout your time here.

COMPLIMENTARY EXTRA CLEANING
For guests staying 14 days or longer, we offer a special treat – a free additional cleaning service once a week.

We provide some basic supplies which you can use free of charge. We do not replenish these supplies during your stay and they are meant to facilitate you upon your arrival.
