"Very nice and good people "

"My stay at De Lords Resort was very disappointing. Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared stained, the toilet was poorly maintained, there was water leaking from the air conditioner, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. To make matters worse, after I paid, they attempted to change the room...

"I did not like anything. The staff was rude, the rooms smelled like mildew. The staff kept trying to convince me that a hot dog was a chicken sausage. Buyer beware do not waste your money on this horrible hotel. They are totally disrespectful!"

"Nice manager, Mr. Patrick. 👍"

"Fisrt problem with this hotel is that on the web they state they have an airport shuttle. They do not and when you call they tell you to get a cab. If you have ever been to Nigeria every cab is a scammer, even Uber drivers will show up and start trying to get you to pay more and if you dont they leave. Then the room was nothing like the pictures, maybe 20 years ago but the hotel was run down, the lick on the door was busted off, the bathroom was a disaster and the staff just did not care."

"Property staff were courteous, respectful and helpful to guests, access to room was a bit difficult with key card on most occasions. But was an Okay stay."
