"Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the "

"Celisse (not sure if I spelled her name right) was the best. Very helpful and accommodating. She made me feel cared for as a customer. Thank you. If I find myself visiting Everett again I would gladly stay at this hotel."
