Villa Saint Thomas is a magnificent residence situated in a quiet residential area, ideal for relaxing family holidays, offering comfort, privacy and a privileged location near Carvoeiro.



The living and dining room is spacious, bright and welcoming, with a direct view of the swimming pool, creating a perfect environment for socialising and moments of relaxation.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite with shower, as well as an additional guest bathroom, ensuring comfort and functionality for guests on this floor.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite, equipped with a shower and bathtub, offering a more private and comfortable space. On this floor, there is also a terrace with a pleasant sea view.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the conditions to prepare meals in a practical and pleasant way during your stay.



On the exterior, the property features well-maintained gardens, a spacious heated swimming pool (additional cost), an inviting patio and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals and family leisure time.



Located very close to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops of Carvoeiro, this property is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the Algarve with tranquillity.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
