"The staff was so nice and helpful at check in and through out the night coming and going. The property is beautiful. It was within walking distance of major attractions in the area. You do have to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of; I may have just missed that in the description. So that was a bummer. But overall was perfect location and just what we needed for our concert"

"It is a longer walk to Busch Stadium and little dark with homeless on way back from games at night. The elevator is terrible. Never seen such a slow elevators."

"Never left the property as there was so much to do. The light show in the central lobby and bar was a surprise. We recommend the Train Shed restaurant and taking the large ferris wheel which is steps away. Our room was spacious and quiet."

"We waited in line to check in for 1.5hrs as they stated rooms weren’t ready for check in. This caused us to miss our dinner reservations and arrive late to our concert. Upon entering the room, there was hair in the shower, a messy, thrown together bed and many things broken - toilet paper holder, wallpaper peeling off the wall, shower dispensers broken, etc..The worst of it all, after getting back to our room after the concert, there was absolutely no water in the shower. Due to the high volume...
