It sits on 2.5 acres right on the Vermilion Bayou. This one-of-a-kind property is surrounded by trees and other beauties of nature, and makes you feel like you’ve left the city limits of Lafayette. You will not want to miss out on hanging a hammock in the trees and enjoying (or falling asleep to!) the soothing sounds of nature surrounding you; or roasting marshmallows in the fire pit for s’mores after you’ve cooked up some good ole' Cajun food on the BBQ pit; or walking to the edge of the property where you’ll find a wrought-iron swing to watch the sunset on the water.

It is located only 1 mile from the Airport, 2 miles from UL’s campus and minutes away from Downtown Lafayette. Easy and quick access to Highway 90 and from there to Interstate 10 and 49.
