"Room had trash under pullout sofa...obviously no one had cleaned there in years. We left the sofa out so they could see. The mattress for the pullout sofa was stained and dirty. There was no mattress topper or cover and the sheet was too small for the mattress."

"When I got into my room it smelled badly (like an animal urinated in it). I went to the front desk and they came up, agreed, & had 2 alternative rooms nearby for me to choose from. I knew from staying a Sonestra before that their standard was high and I was pleased that this young man was right on it. I even heard cleaners in the (now abandoned) room shortly afterwards. Great service!"

"Stayed with family for two days. (Booked four days and canceled last 2 days) Breakfast was good, but the pool was closed during our stay. Most of the washing machines and dryers were not working, which was inconvenient. The parking areas had a lot of potholes, and no pillows were provided for the sofa bed."

"When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. He went again the second day because the smell still had not gone away and the front desk person again said there was nothing they could do. The second day of swimming, we asked for some pool towels and were told they didn’t have any. I would guess it’s okay if you can overlook the issues but would not book again."
