"Check in was delayed an hour because the room wasn’t ready. The room was spacious and comfortable. Decor was 90’s country. AC worked well. The shower took a bit for the hot water to come in, and water pressure came in and out. Parking was easy when we checked in on Friday but Saturday was difficult. We had to park at the back of the overflow lot on gravel. It was also poorly lit. Breakfast on the porch was good. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The view of the lake was nice. Food was served fresh and quickly. The location can’t be beat, basically a 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants and shops. While some aspects of the inn are outdated, its charm, view of the lake, and location make up for it. "

"Only one serious problem! Our room over looked the pool and lake. But around 12:30am I woke up to what seemed to be a pool party! I looked out the sliding glass door and saw about five guys cleaning the pool. Great idea to clean the pool at night but let’s not forget people are sleeping too! "

"I want to thank my host, David, for providing me with the information i wanted. I live up north and this was my first visit to the Villages. I was not disappointed in ANY area! The house was Perfect, it was very clean and had eveything I needed. t is conveniently location to shopping, and near Spanish Springs Town Square, and the many different rec centers. It was extremely easy to get around. My only regret, is not staying longer. Do not hesitate to book! "

"Room was the dirtiest hotel room I had ever seen. Housekeeping did not empty the garbage; had no toilet paper; ran out of Kleenex in second day of our stay; did not remove dirty towels until I asked someone in the hallway to remove 2-day old towels; they only replaced towels once in five days. We went to front desk most nights for clean towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping failed. Front desk managers, especially Tim, were wonderful and helpful. "
