On the ground floor, you will find the living space with a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) as well as a lounge area where you can rest in front of the television at the end of the day. You will also find a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, there is the mezzanine with a large double bed, ideal for a couple.

For added convenience, the house also has a bathroom, a hairdryer, an independent toilet, a washing machine, a plancha and a private parking space.
