"Unfortunately for the high price point, the rooms in the unrenovated wing are really disappointing. Tiny bathrooms, dirty floor carpets in the entire room, dingy lighting, musty odour. We booked two rooms through Expedia and both rooms were identically poor. Overall not a great experience for the price. The pictures are deceiving online, and if coming to this resort I would pay extra to stay in a renovated room.
Our sink was clogged and despite a plumber being called and working on it for 30...
